ERAP provides up to $1650 per month in rental assistance for a maximum of 4 months, up to a total of $6600.
This program is effective from February 11, 2026. Please note that this assistance is strictly for rental support.
Applications are typically processed within 1-3 Business Days, ensuring families receive help when they need it most.
newly eligible applicants may apply for past due rent (arrears) and up to three months of future rent. Eligible utilities include electricity, gas, water and home energy costs. Internet, phone and cable services are also covered.
